Project Manager

The Midas Companies Project Manager oversees all construction projects. Applicant must have communication skills with prior management and construction experience. Candidate will oversee organization, administration, and coordination of elements involved in the construction of a project. Applicant must possess leadership skills and ability to oversee and manage field operations and crews, as well as have the organizational skills to set accurate timelines and tracking for all active projects, while preparing scheduling for upcoming work.


  • Ability to travel for both long and short term projects
  • Extremely safety conscious and serve as an example to crew members
  • Organized, detailed oriented and possess excellent time management skills
  • Bilingual a plus


  • Reports to General Manager of business operation
  • Act as liaison between General Manager and Operations involved in the execution of a project
  • Schedule Prepare/Tie-In with Contractor Schedules
  • Pre Planning and Resource forecasting and inventory management
  • Work with General Manager for all major equipment/supply purchases
  • Attend Construction Planning Meetings and Project/Site Walks
  • Assist in Quality Control of Bypass Projects
  • Provide Job Site Assistance to manage field operations
  • Complete projects on schedule, within the allotted budget, and according to specified standards of quality and performance
  • Focused on planning and checking of prescribed work/projects
  • Manage setups and teardowns
  • Review all required reporting/collection of logs (From Operations/Superintendents)
  • Review/Approve/Submit to GM all vendor invoices, checking items, project info, dates, rates, etc.


  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in related field
